Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
