Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Energy and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
