Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood Rowan Inspection Services is an inspection company in Omaha with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
