Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Rivermark Mill Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Birmingham with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
