Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fox Construction and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
