Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Summit Union Care Services supports families and individuals in Raleigh with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
