Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Cedar Junction Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
