Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Quarry Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Philadelphia, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
