Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Harbor Transit Planning Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 580 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
