Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Foxglove Pine Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
