Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Lakeside Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Honolulu working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
