Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Birmingham with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleaning schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
