Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Nashville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
