Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Umber Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
