Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vale Medical and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 450 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
