Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Amberfield Yarrow Facilities looks after properties across the Baltimore region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
