Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Nova Field Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
