Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Timber Pharma and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
