Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Northwind Granite Housing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • PMP or CAPM certification.
