Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge Juniper Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Chicago. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
