Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Loom Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Tampa. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
