Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Stonegate Fox Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
