Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Union Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Miami, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
