Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Linden Facilities Group is a facilities company in St. Louis with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
