Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge Umber Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Fort Worth. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
