Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Silverline Bridge Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Pittsburgh, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
