Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Greenridge Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Knoxville with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
