Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cedar Health and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
