Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Stonegate Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Sacramento. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
