Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
