Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Westbrook Wilder Staffing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
