Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Amberfield Orchard Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Oakland presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
