Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Sparrow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in San Antonio working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
