Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ember Pharma and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
