Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Medical Group is a Jacksonville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
