Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Lumen Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Minneapolis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
