Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark West Inspection Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
