Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the New Orleans area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
