Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood Keystone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Virginia Beach area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
