Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Nest Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
