Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Beacon Community Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
