Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Amberfield Yarrow Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
