Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Stonegate Freight is a Hartford logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
