Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Lumen Quill Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Houston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
