Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Rivermark Ventures builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in New Orleans. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
