Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Colorado Springs with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
