Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge Stone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Oakland design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
