Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Amberfield Rook Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Reno producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
