Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Lumen Beacon Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Charlotte region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
