Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
